Refund policy
Faulty Goods
If you believe an item is faulty, you may be entitled to a remedy under the Australian Consumer Law. These rights are not affected by our change-of-mind policy or any time limits we set. The period in which you may claim a remedy depends on the nature of the goods, the price paid, and any representations made about the goods.
If there is a fault or issue with the item, you may choose a refund or exchange. If an item is damaged through misuse or abnormal use, Raptor Games cannot provide a refund or exchange, whether the fault is identified by us or by the manufacturer. We will require satisfactory proof of purchase before providing any remedy under the Australian Consumer Law.
Change of Mind
If you change your mind, and you can provide a valid receipt, Raptor Games may offer you an exchange or refund or store credit, provided that:

The merchandise is in brand-new, resalable condition;

The merchandise is unused, unassembled, in its original condition, with all original packaging;

The merchandise is not excluded by the exclusions listed below;

The exchange or refund is sought within 30 days of the original purchase date.
From time to time, Raptor Games may, at its sole discretion, extend the 30-day period (e.g. for seasonal gift giving periods).
If you cannot provide a valid receipt or more than 30 days have passed since the original purchase date, Raptor Games reserves the absolute right not to offer an exchange or refund for change of mind.
Raptor Games is not required to provide you with a copy of your original receipt to facilitate an exchange, refund, insurance, or warranty claim.

Exclusions Under Change-of-Mind Returns
Please choose carefully when purchasing the following merchandise, as change-of-mind returns will not be provided for:

Even if change-of-mind returns are excluded for these items, your statutory rights under the Australian Consumer Law remain.
Pricing Error Policy
We strive to ensure all prices on our website are accurate. However, in the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel any order placed at the incorrect price. If this occurs, we will notify you as soon as possible and provide a full refund if you have already paid.
