Shipping policy

We use Australia Post for the shipment of all of our orders, if a different carrier has to be used, you can be assured that we will use a trusted and reliable service.

We only ship to within Australia. 

We endeavour to ship your order within 3–4 business days after payment has cleared. Please note the following:

• Orders placed on Fridays, Saturdays, or Sundays will not be dispatched until the following Tuesday, as we are closed on Mondays and the post office is closed over the weekend.

• If more than 3–4 business days have passed since your payment, and your order has not yet been sent, we appreciate your patience and will ensure it is dispatched at the earliest opportunity.

We only use standard (3-4 days for delivery once shipped) and express (1-2 days delivery once shipped) tracked shipping options. 

We cannot guarantee that your order will arrive in a certain time frame and will not be held responsible for postage delays once the order has been sent. For an estimation on delivery time, please check the Australia Post website:
